Retoucher Intern Position

Job description

Sefton is a high end mens fashion retailer working with a carefully curated selection of the worlds best brands and designers. We are re-launching our website and there is an opportunity for an intern to work from home assisting the photographer in retouching the images.

The main duties of the role include:

> Ability to work fast with a high volume of images – batching, resizing, cropping, retouching. We expect 80-100/day
> Cutting out, labelling, resizing, colour correction and formatting images
> Accurately following detailed retouching notes provided by our Photographers
• Retouch product photography images to a high standard
• Perform quality assurance on all images
• Be responsible for completion of work to daily and weekly deadlines
• retouching both eccomerce and webitorial shoots

Desired profile

Essential Skills & Requirements
• High technical proficiency in Macintosh OS and Photoshop
• Graduate or similar in a Visual Arts related degree
• Strong retouching skills
• Proven experience retouching product photography
• Proven ability to work efficiently on a high volume of images and meet challenging deadlines
• Pro-active and able to take initiative
• Excellent eye for detail
