Internship Central Waterford (New London County) Administration
Job description
A typical day:
• Organise and schedule meetings
• Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation
• attend customer via LiveChat, email or Phone.
• Liaise with clients and business guests; including meet & greet visitors to the office
• General admin- assisting with CRM - filing, expense claims, update contact lists, Printing and organising documents.
• Preparing meeting rooms
• Answer phones and field calls where necessary

Desired profile
Entry requirements:
English business level.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
Accounting knowledge will be a plus.
