Are you passionate about podcasts and social media, interested in startups, and
possess a passionate data driven approach to growth marketing?
Are you a self starter who’s passionate about proving their skills and given the freedom
to try?

ABOUT​ ​US
Launching in March last year, Rich Martell and Dan Murray, 2 UK entrepreneurs,
launched a Podcast series interviewing the top founders and leaders in the country,
asking them how they built their company, the story of their journey and an insight into
the ups and downs of that journey.
From billionaires to Royals, we’ve had them all, and we are lining up even better guests
for Series 2, and recording in a studio, therefore dramatically improving the quality of
the recordings.
Due to our amazing network, we are able to get access to some of the most impressive
company founders in the country, and we launched the series from March, one
episode a week for 15 consecutive weeks (over 4 months).
As this was a true MVP, we had no budget for marketing. However, due to it’s
authentic content and awesome guests, we were featured as a “Top UK Podcast” by
Apple, and have now been offered a partnership with Barclaycard for Series 2 (for
promotion).

FEE

● This is a 6 month remote internship. At the end we will discuss next steps and
opportunities.
● You will receive £1,200 over the 6 months. £200 a month.
● You will be able to claim a £1000 bonus for hitting your targets.
Time​ ​Commitments:
This isn’t about an amount of time. If you can smash it out the park in 5 minutes a day,
and do better than anyone else - then spend 5 minutes.

desire​ ​to​ ​grow​ ​this​ ​audience​ ​more​ ​ambitiously​ ​than​ ​others​ ​applying,​ ​setting​ ​a
target​ ​that’s​ ​impressively​ ​large,​ ​but​ ​still​ ​achievable​ ​-​ ​we​ ​want​ ​you​ ​to​ ​get​ ​your
bonus!

YOUR​ ​MISSION:
● Tell us what you would do to grow this podcast.
● What does good look like to you? What does great look like?
● We want to focus on a UK audience for now as all our guests have built UK
household brands.
● We are looking for creative growth tactics - and are not looking to hold your
hand.
● We expect the ‘growth hacker’ mindset. If you demonstrate that you are able to
grow the podcast using classic growth style tactics, there will be the opportunity
to use a budget to boost your efforts. This is subject to trust and success,
naturally.

SUCCESSFUL​ ​APPLICANT​ ​WILL:

● Show a clear and demonstrable ability to grow the podcast’s audience.
● Have a passion for social media (we have set up the channels, and started
posting on them as a demonstration of the type of content we believe would
work), but growing these will be a natural expectation.
● Have a test and learn mindset.
● Be able to demonstrate the marketing placements and provide a summary each
month of the successful and unsuccessful tests.
● Have 100% perfect grammar, spelling and written English. One mistake here,
and the internship is over - we have a flawless guestlist and our aspirational
audience will not suffer petty and avoidable mistakes.
● Be able to demonstrate what they have achieved in the past from a growth
perspective.
● Be detail oriented, a self-starter, can juggle an impossibly large load of projects
through prioritization.
● You tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited
oversight.
● Familiarity using Hootsuite/Buffer...etc - whichever you prefer.
