My client a dynamic and fast paced Customer Intelligence Agency that create tailor made mystery shopping improvement solutions, are now recruiting for an exciting opportunity as an Regional Mystery Shopping Executive within their Completion team based in Harwell.

They are a fast paced organisation growing quickly in a highly competitive market and work with client's within international retail organisations and well known high street companies.

The mystery shopping programmes are unique and utilise the following suite of mystery shopping research tools:

* Brand Audits (bespoke operational evaluations)
* Customer & Staff Satisfaction Surveys (independent on-line surveys)
* Mystery Shopping (customer experience evaluations)
* Benchmarking (regular competitor progress tracking)
* Best Practice Management (tools and processes to achieve flawless execution)

Their mystery shopping programmes are dedicated to help increase customer satisfaction, boost sales performance and build staff competence, resulting in increased profitability.

Hours 9.00-17.30 Monday - Friday

Purpose of this position

The Allocation team is responsible for ensuring that each of the Mystery Shopping assignments is completed to standard and on time. This is an environment where the client works to tight deadlines, ensuring the standard of service they provide to Mystery Shoppers and clients is second to none.

While this role is predominantly focused on allocating assignments you will also be involved in developing our mystery shopper community and in the implementation of new project.

Key Accountabilities
Using the Retail Active Mystery Shopper allocation system to fill assignments.
Telephone shoppers to pre-qualify their eligibility to undertake Mystery Shopping Assignments.
Call shippers to brief them on assignment details and job requirements.
Work with our quality Assurance team to ensure that mystery shoppers are completed to standard.
Meet allocation targets and deadlines
Work with other members of the allocation teams to ensure the department works smoothly and effectively.
