IT Support Administrator
IT Support Administrator required by a Cambridge organisation.
They are seeking a good all-rounder with software and hardware support expertise’s with a minimum of 12 months experience with 1st or 2nd line support experience with good customer services experience.
The role will consist of the following: -
- Log, respond and monitor all IT Helpdesk tickets
- Provide a prompt and courteous first line IT support in response to Helpdesk tickets
- Monitor IT consumable stock levels and place consumable orders
- Update IT asset inventory records
- Perform daily system checks
- Set up new computer equipment and perform IT induction of new joiners
