Job description
Founded in 1910 Scudamore's Punting Company is Cambridge's premier punt tour and boat hire business. We're currently looking for an organised, reliable and committed Training Supervisor to join our team.
What's involved?
As the Training Supervisor for Scudamore’s you will represent the Company’s values and principle behaviours. Duties will vary from co-ordinating the comprehensive training program, to providing feedback to management, to working collaboratively with the training team.
Ultimately however, it is really about 5 things:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Scudamore’s training and development programmes.

Collecting, collating and analysing all delegate learning and development feedback.

Developing, supporting and encouraging the departmental trainers; delivering material if required.

Assisting the training team to improve how we deliver the training program to enable staff to increase their competency and skills.

Contributing to the continual improvement of the Company by empowering our workforce.

Recent experience of leading a team.

What’s the package?

We offer a highly competitive rate of pay, working up to 40 hours per week.

Flexible hours available.

28 days paid holiday per annum (or pro rata equivalent for part-time workers).

Based at Cambridge city centre locations.

Fixed term contract of up to 12 months, in the first instance.
