Founded in 1910 Scudamore's Punting Company are Cambridge's premier punt tour and boat hire business. We're currently looking for two outstanding people to join our management team.

What's involved?

As an Assistant Station Manager at Scudamore’s your duties will be varied, ranging from overseeing the daily station operations, to staff development, to being on hand to resolve any staff or customer issues which may arise. Ultimately however, it is really about 4 things:-

• Co-ordinating the effective and courteous running of our tours and self-hire operations.
• Ensuring that your team consistently perform to the highest standards, including the delivery of first class customer service. - Bringing the best out of your staff by performance managing their development, including sales performance.
• Fostering a safe working environment on station and on the river.

What’s the package?

We offer a highly competitive rate of pay package, comprising a salary and performance-related bonus

28 days paid holiday per annum (or pro rata equivalent for part-time workers). - Based at Cambridge city centre locations.

Fixed term contract of up to 9 months, starting 1st February 2016 and finishing at the end of October 2015.
