About Fertilizers & Inputs platform:
Louis Dreyfus Company has a full agricultural inputs portfolio for farmers, offering seeds, crop protection products, fertilizers and silobags, as well as agricultural tools and machinery. We also supply a range of chemicals to the industry.
The customers for fertilizers and agricultural inputs are diverse, including large farmers, cooperatives, governments, food, mining and industrial companies. While the concentration of our customers is in Africa and South America, we are also expanding our network in Asia, thus consolidating our global footprint.
Poste et missions:
You will be involved in different projects and will contribute in the continuous development of the department AGRO
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Product development manager for Seeds and soluble fertilizers. Increase the market data to identify the trends and needs of the customers. Identify and attract new customers. Set up the marketing plan.
- Manage a portfolio in agro inputs relating to the two products development above.
- Account manage: manage national tenders, organize and follow up their execution from the submission of the tender until the payments.
- Organize agro-technical meetings to develop our image of professional
- Work together with the Research & development manager and Deputy GM
The job requires to be travelling a few days per month.
Profil:
Skills
o Agronomic knowledge
o Fluent French and English
o Ability to conduct commercial negotiations
