Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Reynosa Plant.

What do you get to do in this position?

· Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation and shipments according to SPS principle

· Responsible for hierarchical management of operators or teams of operators in a Distribution Center/Warehouse. Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc. Responsible for the performance of "standard work" within his or her sector or department. May occasionally fill in for or assist LWB1 or LWB2 operators as needed. May be responsible for temporarily moving or shifting individual operators from one position or sector to another depending on changes in demand or priorities.

Main Activities

· Establish and execute a cycle count program in compliance with corporate accounting objectives.

· Coordinate and oversee daily cycle counts of various inventory assets.

· Investigate, identify, and reconcile cycle count discrepancies, including shortages and overages.

· Organize and maintain efficient material handling and storage in inventory areas.

· Maintain cycle count records for management review and provide related reports.Implement and maintain policies and procedures related to inventory control.

· Perform RCA analysis and define action plans.

· Manage warehouse processes performance and team according to SPS/SIM rules and plant cycle events.
