The Training Lead works under the direction of the Cultural Transformation Lead to execute deliverables in accordance with change management plans, to ready the business for a system implementation and sustainment. The primary function of this role is to identify requirements for end user training resources to support Titan program implementation.
Areas of responsibility
Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of leading training in large projects. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization from executive leadership to our end users. Ideal candidate will have specific examples of their success in training strategies, training development. In addition, the candidate should:
· Define Training strategy including tools and standard templates
· Manage the development of training content in collaboration with development team
· Have leadership skills and the ability to work in groups or independently
· Ability to communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner.
· Drive and own decisions to ensure appropriate course representation
· Understand and experience creating training plans that have a large scope (multiple departments and recipients) with various computer knowledge for successful adult learning.
· Interact and collaborate with all SCRUM teams, and with the sites / functions where we are deploying, off shore development team members
· Audit assets to ensure materials meet learning objectives
· Experience using MS Office Suite and Video editing software to recommend best solutions for training content developers.
· Define and finalize the appropriate training asset by business role/ User persona
· Experience working with the business and training end users using Agile.

Qualifications :
This job might be for you if:
· Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of practical adult learning and training experience in a large agile project.
· Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization from executive leadership to end users.
· Ideal candidate will have specific examples of the success in adult learning strategies, training curriculum development, and various learning techniques.
· Awareness and experience with Agile framework SAFe.
· Time management and organization skills.
· Understand of ERP training requirement is a plus
· Experience on latest technology, tools for training content development.
