Within our Sustainability Business Division, we are seeking highly motivated, collaborative, forward thinking graduates with an enthusiasm for sustainability to join our new graduate rotational program.

What do you get to do in this position?

As part of an ongoing initiative to develop and retain a highly talented workforce, our goal is to provide exposure in 3 main business areas over a 2-year period.

In our program, you will become a permanent employee who will rotate in different roles and gain valuable experience in the sustainability consulting space.

We offer this program in 3 regions:

· Americas

· Europe

· Asia Pacific

This specific opportunity is Colombia based. You will be fast tracked into our high performing teams, making a real business impact during your placements. You will learn on the job and via a structured development plan to ensure long term career success with us, beyond this program. There will be many opportunities to collaborate and learn from our specialist teams and leaders across the globe, in addition to your dedicated program buddy.

This job might be for you if:

· Have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher program such as MBA or Masters
· Education and/or experience in the Sustainability space
· A displayed passion to make a difference for the future of our planet
· Willingness / potential to evolve in leadership role in sustainability
· Ability to speak and read Spanish and English fluently
· Demonstrated ability of building successful relationships
· Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, complex analysis in a concise and effective manner
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Versatility and the ability to learn, and work across multiple disciplines
· Ability to work well with a large network of internal colleagues
· High commitment to company vision, values, and excellent customer service
· Analytical self-starter with strong attention to detail
· Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of advanced Excel preferred.

· Non-Essential but preferred, ability to speak and read Portuguese
