What do you get to do in this position?
· Upstream Flow Optimization Program or UFO
· Managing and owning upstream planning and forecasting
· Advanced Platforming – Consignment, VMI and Quick Ship Programs with Suppliers
· Co Planning – Assisting 2 nd tier Schneider Suppliers in material planning and platforming
· Rollout of the Schneider Supplier Portal – A high visibility collaboration portal with Schneider Suppliers
· SSP includes Rollout of Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN), PO Confirmation, Forecast Accuracy

Qualifications :
This job might be for you if:
Education:
· Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.
Skills & Experience:
· Minimum 4 years of experience in Purchasing/ Procurement / Supply Chain
· Spoken and written fluent communication in English
· Knowledge of Consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory, Quick Ship Programs
· Skills: Leadership skills, Negotiation, Strategic thinking, Cross cultural awareness, Remote management, Communication
· SAP knowledge a plus
· OneMM, Kinaxis, OPM, SSP experience a plus
· Finance basics
· Data analytical skills
· SSP (Schneider Supplier Portal) Understanding a plus
