Job description

Achieving sales goals from defined Targeted Accounts by ….
• Developing a solid and trusted relationship with customers
• Developing a complete understanding of account needs by efficient account platforming and planning
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Driving complete value chain and delivery Ecosystem
• Setting up the right GTM for key accounts, execution of proper business planning with Schneider partners ( SI’s and IAD’s )
• Applying solution approach to sales. Focus on key differentiators including software to open doors and create new opportunities
• Managing communications between customers and internal teams through proper synergy. Internal teams include KAMs, offer marketing, GSC, Customer Support etc…
• Strategic planning to improve customer results
• Negotiating contracts with the customers and establishing a timeline of performance
• Collaborating with the internal teams to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Animating internal teams to resolve key client issues and complaints
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and help them solve their key challenges using Schneider Electric’s EcoX based automation and software solutions

• Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
• Proven results of delivering customer solutions and meeting sales goals
