What would some of your responsibilities include?

Mission:

The position requires a proactive customer driven approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibility

Key responsibilities:

· Operate and deliver multiple projects to our customers through Schneider Electric Quality Management System and Health and Safety Management System

· Ensure that defined project goals, objectives and performance measures are met or exceeded

· Identify project issues and put proactive plans in place to resolve effectively and in a timely manner

· Carryout engineering design and integrated projects, I/O schedules, description of operation, control panel design approval, plant schematics, H & S documentation, O & M documentation.

· Procurement of equipment and subcontract installation/panels to meet the project programmed

· Financial control of the project including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement, monthly cost to complete reviews. Close liaison with the commercial team.

· Attend site meetings with the customer, contractor, subcontractor, consultant as appropriate

· Take a proactive approach to gaining all information required to progress our works. Key performance indicators: 1. Customer satisfaction 2. Project profit 3. Achieving savings targets.

· Ensure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the project.

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, cost.

· Report and escalate to management as needed

· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks

· Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, third parties/vendors and internal teams.

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project documentation and handover certification.

· Producing progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholders

· Requesting and selecting proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiations

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Do you have these key experiences and qualifications?

Qualifications – External

· University degree (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering and/or Business)

· PMP or IPMA certification is a must.

· Certification in Agile methodologies is a must

· English fluency is a must. Another language will be valuable

· Minimum 5 years in Customer Project Execution with experience in complex projects

· Experience in Power System solutions.

· Proven ability to lead functional and remote team including various profiles (Contract, Technical, Legal, etc)

· Strong communication skills.

· Aptitude to stand time pressure and stress while keeping high performance level

· Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex matrix organization.
