The Role: SME Order Management, Revenue Lead

We are looking for an experienced Order Management personnel to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

Reporting to Order Management Manager, you will be:

Essential Functions

· Escalation contact for OEM customers on OM and Logistics issue and requests. Responsible for Order-to-Delivery. Process the order from Purchase Order database, order entry acknowledgment, order status review shipment pre-alert, fulfillment and delivery.

· Manage the Supply Gap or Revenue Landing Estimate in coordination with Data Analyst, Order Management members, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport and Local Entity

· Chair meetings with Sales Countries in providing updates on the estimated landing, the opportunities to maximize sales and providing insight to countries on how they can attain their revenue target

· Coordinate, monitor, and guide OM personnel in executing the fulfillment of Orders in support for the Revenue Landing of the assigned cluster

· Coordinate with Supply Chain, DC Ops, Transport, Logistics and other stakeholders to fulfill the request dates of customer, expedite and raise the concerns to meet customer requirements

Secondary Functions

· Monitor aging of staged inventory in DC.

· Coordinate with forwarders for collection arrangement and pre-booking of vessel.

· Support OEM customer’s order-to-delivery and logistics coordination.

· Liaise with sales and customers to resolve PO price discrepancy and unbooked orders.

· Manages backorder and update Promise Ship Date.

· Process stock rotations and CMA requests.

· Serves as primary focal point for customer interaction. Analyses, filters and advocates customer’s requirements and concerns.

· Chair weekly conference call with country sales or distributors on order review.

· Liaise with Supply Chain Planning and factory on supply status and PDU configurations, follow up closely on delivery schedule to ensure full solutions delivered on time as per promised on site date.

· Liaise with local entity Logistics pertaining to in transit / shipment & order details.

· Monitor each transactional order closely and on-top of progressing status.

· Anticipate problems and provide early warnings.

· Upon completion of start-up, release invoicing hold to close the order and trigger invoicing.

· Comply with company policies & procedures and audit requirements.

· Comply and maintain On Time Delivery & OM key performance metrics at all times.

· Generate daily Open Orders Report.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who would be successful?

· Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

· 5 years working experience in either; Order Management, Shipping Coordination, Fulfillment Coordination, Customer Service

· 2 years working experience in leading people either as functional lead or operational leader

· Familiar with computers and related software.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

· Flexible and willing to work additional hours during high peak volume times during each quarter.

· Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities and strong ability to multitask and work in fast paced, constantly changing environment. Able to work well with people.

· Organization and problem-solving skills with attention to details is highly desired.

· Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is required.

· Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite.

Who will you report to? Order Management Manager

About SME Order Management, Revenue Lead

This position is an essential supporting link between SP Sales and Service teams, the local logistics team, and our local distributors & customers. This person is responsible for SP order management and fulfillment coordination, from order entry, booking, dispatch and tracking of all Sales Orders, within East Asia Secure Power Division. Work involves extensive dealing with Sales Team, Distributors, Resellers, End Customers, 3 rd Party warehouse on matters such as order status, PO discrepancy, & order prioritization.

This position works with the following key internal parties:

·  Finance
·  Pricing Team
·  Product and Configuration Teams
·  DC Planners
·  ANC Buyers
·  Logistics

This position works with the following key external parties:

·  Distributors (Product Managers and Buyers)
