Job description
1. Main Mission
This role works independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments. And supervise and coordinated other Service Representative and sub-contractors or assigned mission. He/She is validated as L2 expert on few products ranges (for his country and the zone)
This role demonstrates applied technical experience and diagnostic for on-site project management across BU, He/She will also highlight technical and digital tools skills missing in his organization.
As Technical Support Level 2, will have to solve technical issues raised by other Service Representative ensuring perfect technical solution and if needed refers to higher technical support level within the company (Tech Support L3, Technical Antenna, R&D department…)
2. Activities & areas of responsibility
· Comply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices and procedures
· Perform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric product & possible competition equipment.
· Perform Preventive, scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance on equipment
· Ability to analyze, and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, different problems on our equipment and provide appropriated answer
· Be able to analyzed and explain reports results to customers and management
· Able to stand, walk, for extended periods of time and to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
· Certification & accreditation could be required vs Business and Country regulations.
· Proactive participation to team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals (SIM1)
· Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc..)
· Support planners, coordinators, project manager to get good customer site condition understanding
· Escalate quality or technical issue detected on field
· Understand Ecostruxure offer and provide technical explanation to customers
· Use all digital tools designed for SE FSR
· Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)
· Advise customers on different opportunities top optimized its install base and creat lead generation business opportunities
· Perform basic audits of customer’s electrical systems and equipment (MPS walktrough)
· Perform Services Operations and provide best in class customer experience and promote Schneider signature

Desired profile
Qualifications :
· 3 to 5+ years with OT/ICS Cybersecurity project experience.
· In-depth knowledge of various enterprise security and networking solution, experience that emphasizes L2-L4 Networking, Network Security, Virtualization and Cloud Computing.
· Experience in the field of OT (Operational Technology) /ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security projects
· Preferably with achievement on ISA/IEC 62443, Cisco Certification, CEH, ECIH, NSE.
· Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent is perferred.
· Strong communication skills both oral & written in English and Japanese.
· Needs to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· Shares experience in communities and contribute to peer reviews.
