Within the Services capability of the Schneider Digital E2E Customer Relationship practice, you are leading the Quotation stream of the CPQ for Services program. Your main objective is to conduct a profound business transformation and implement the required digital enablers to support this transformation.

The large scope of the business transformation is global and covers the entire Power Services and Industry Services businesses, representing a total annual revenue of more than 1 B€. The transformation you will conduct aims at industrializing the quotation processes by :

- Having full quotation functionality, integrated with back-office ERP systems (global and country level)

Your scope is part of the large scale Services business within Schneider Electric. You are reporting to the Vice President Services Experience within the Digital E2E Customer Relationship practice and functionally to the CPQ Program leader.

In this capacity, you will be in charge of the implementation of Digital enablers on the CPQ (Oracle) platform.

More specifically your responsibilities are to :

- Lead the Quotation digital transformation stream within the overall program, in close collaboration with the Services business, and the internal and/or external IT solution provider ;

- Ensure the business requirements are well captured and taken into account ; identify all required business transformations and make sure they are well addressed at global level as well as in the countries ;

- Lead the design, build and test of the Quotation for Services, ensuring a strong coordination and integration with the other streams (Configurator, bFO/bFS, ERP systems) ;

- Ensure the key project milestones are met on time and on cost, prepare for the gate reviews and report regularly on project progress to the various management instances ;

- In close collaboration with the Services team, organize and lead all key deployment activities for the Quotation stream in the countries ;

- Lead the transition from project mode to run mode, and ensure the correct set-up is in place for the run ;

- Monitor the adoption of the process and tools in the countries ;

- Ensure the feedback loop through deployment in the countries, to implement the required evolutions and enhancements through releases.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

- Masters or Engineering degree ;

- In-depth knowledge of the Field Services business ;

- Proven successful experience and track record in large scale business transformation, as well as global program and project management ;

- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization, and in a multicultural environment.
