Reporting to the National Service Manager, the Bilingual Service Coordinator is responsible for the assigning and scheduling of Service Technicians.

General Responsibilities:
· Coordinate service work by acting as liaison between customer, service technician and service sales
· Prepare and issue work orders for work to be performed
· Obtain all pertinent job and equipment details
· Order parts and drawings required for the job
· Initiate service report
· Assign and schedule service technicians
· Open new service accounts by obtaining, recording & updating all required information on all company systems
· Complete project documentation by ensuring all pertinent information on SR is complete and accurate
· Maintain P/M database by preparing and processing orders/billing, processing credits/debits, recording all contracts, updating with additions, deletions and changes and issuing PM renewal reports to service sales for action.
· Maintain district parts inventory by keeping inventory records and entering and expediting orders
· Prepare cost estimate and quotations by reviewing and forwarding to sales any/all technical comments/recommendations indicated on inspection forms
· Assisting sales by obtaining parts/pricing info from factory and issuing quotation to the customer

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience :
·  Post secondary education in admin related field
·  Fluently bilingual in French (both written and spoken)
