Senior Sales Engineer

Job description

·
· Handle general sales activities including enquires, quotation, order processing and documents preparation
· Actively develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing accounts, identify customer needs and provide customized solutions for lighting control, room control & home automation system
· Drive and achieve assigned business targets and key performance indicators with high quality of service
· Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with the latest insights and recommendations
· Liaise with external parties on potential partnership and identify business; work closely with end user, developers, facility management, specifiers, contractors and other internal & external professions to ensure the project to be completed in a timely and cost effective way
· Collaborate with internal marketing, solution, project , service and QCS team to ensure seamless service delivery

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor holder in Engineering or other science subjects
·  Relevant working experience in lighting control, room control & home automation system is preferable
·  Proficiency in PC knowledge including Windows & MS Office is essential
·  Good written and verbal communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
·  Self-motivated, problem-solving, independent, strong interpersonal skills and team player
