Job description

Responsible for the performance of a production / manufacturing sector through hierarchical animation of teams.

Aligns resources with needs within short & medium term horizon, elaborates training plans where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, leads short interval management at sector level, formulates / escalates issues where necessary.

People management accountability.

Strong contributor to continuous improvement.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Mechanical / Production Engineering bachelor’s degree.

3-4 years experience in manufacturing

Experience in Production (Manufacturing / Assembly)

Certified in lean Manufacturing Green Belt

Able to drive Continuous improvement activities

MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
