Mission:

The SAP BASIS Administrator will be a senior technical member reporting to Global Infrastructure Operations. The SAP BASIS Administrator is responsible for driving successful projects around SAP S4 HANA platforms and doing support on S4 HANA systems. The role also demands expertise in SAP technologies: S4, ECC, BTP, Cloud Connector, BW/BI, DB HANA, SOLMAN, SAP ABAP, SAP NetWeaver, SLT, SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dispatcher, SSO 3.0 Solution, SAP Data Services, SAP Central Finance Elements and Cloud technologies (SAP & AWS). The SAP Basis Administrator will organize day to day operations: Installation, Administration and Monitoring SAP S4 HANA and ECC environments.

The Security on SAP S/4 HANA will be part of the activity. The SAP Basis Administrator will be in charge of monitoring Performances on SAP systems and maintaining them at the right level to ensure the Business Continuity. The SAP

Basis Administrator will work with Cloud providers and Business teams to troubleshoot application Performances on cloud environments. He has to be an expert in troubleshoot complex issues. This SAP Basis Administrator will be part of SAP Technical team: teamwork is essential.

Key Experience:

Total of 8 years of SAP BASIS, SAP HANA and S/4 HANA experience including 3 years in Public or Private cloud (SAP or AWS).

Technical Skills:

· Deep knowledge of SAP Basis tasks: Installations and Configurations (SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, Cloud Connector, SAP Router…), S4 Upgrades, SSO configuration, installation of SSL certificates, applying Support Package, Kernel patch upgrade, TMS configuration and Transport administration, Background Job Management, Refreshes and Client copies (local client copy, client export, client import).

· Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology , including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning and data archiving.

· Knowledge on Business Technology Platform (BTP): Familiar in administration and configuration of cloud services in BTP. Experienced in setting up hybrid solutions (for example S/4HANA on premise and Work Zone in BTP). Manage Security in BTP. Experience in User Management.

· Security Knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security : Single Sign-ON, Infrastructure Security, SNC, High Availability and Disaster Recovery. Security related to HANA platform: analysis and implementation of SAP Security Notes. Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery.

· Experience in Monitoring SAP: SOLMAN 7.2, systems Logs, Work processes overview, Lock entries, Updates, background jobs, system health check, CloudWatch for AWS part. SAP Early Watch configuration and analysis.

· Incident Management: Expert in Troubleshooting the issues from OS level like work process monitoring, checking logs, checking OSS notes, provide Performance analysis and suggest solution to write the Root Cause Analysis.

· Ability to lead and coordinate implementation plans, operational tasks, escalations and performance improvements.

· Experience in SAP Sizing by using the SAP Quicksizer.

· Working knowledge of Operating systems (LINUX), network connectivity and AWS (S3, EC2, VPC, Workspaces, SNS, IAM, ELB, CloudWatch).

· Write Operational and Runbook documents.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Preferred Qualification:

· Certifications for SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) is a big plus.

· Certifications for S/4 HANA required.

· ITIL Process Certification required.

· Skills on Linux is required.

· Technical certifications: Azure or AWS would be highly beneficial.

· SAP BASIS/NetWeaver certification is a plus.

· SAP Fiori knowledge is highly desirable.
