FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are currently seeking an Electrical/Electronic Engineer with experienced in solar farms system to support our sustaining activities on our existing installed base. At Schneider Electric, we empower all to do more with less, ensuring Life Is On everywhere, for everyone, at every moment.

MISSION:

The role will be responsible for the Level 2 services (maintenance, repair, testing and upgrade) of Schneider Electric’s Solar Utility Central Inverters and MV equipment like Switchgear, RMU, Transformer, Protection including and Scada system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty extremely well with less supervision:

· Provide on-site and remote field service support for customers, including preventative/corrective maintenance for complex solar systems.
· Central inverters
· Medium voltage equipment
· Scada system
· Prepare and submit service intervention reports
· Maintain overall customer satisfaction, including a strong emphasis on contractual commitments regarding response time and system uptime
· Maintain positive relationship with customer
· Provide instructions related to product operation and maintenance
· Identify new opportunities while attending customer sites to promote Services growth.
· Willing to deploy anytime when urgency service is needed
· Willing to deploy away from home in months during maintenance
· Willing to support customer out of regular hours
· Manage other field service stuff
· Timesheet clocking
· Timely closing of cases
· Ensure spare part availability
· Spare part stock follow-up
· Timey completion of service reports
· Execute assigned workorders at or better than expected
· Find new opportunities

Qualifications - External

Minimum Requirements:

· Electrical Engineer with 2+ years SOLAR CENTRAL INVERTERS and/or MV Equipment related job experienced; or
· Other engineering courses but with MANDATORY STRONG electrical/technical background (2+ years of electrical engineering related job experience)
· Experienced in Utility scale inverters and MV Equipment system have an added advantage
· Ability to understand electrical drawings and schematics
· Must have strong written and spoken English
· Must have driving license
· Must be resident or willing to reside Negros Occidental or Cebu.
