The Role: Sales Operation Administrator
The Sales Operation Administrator – is responsible for supporting the Sales Operations Business Partner in driving growth across the business through the provision of reporting to track business performance and team performance to drive predictable business outcomes.
What will you do?
· The person will support the business and Sales Operations Business Partners by providing Business and Personnel Performance Reporting, forecasting data, Salesforce (bFO) and Sales force efficiency data, driving continuous process improvements and transformations across the entire business.
· The person must be a great internal communicator maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in front and back end of the business by providing cohesion between many functions in the business.
1. Business Performance and Strategy
· Support sales ops business partners with creation reports, forecasting, projections, sales pipeline, and reporting for the Sales Managers in line with Strategy.
· Support the Sales Ops Business Partners with creation of Sales Cadence reporting for the Sales Director as per required frequency
· Support the Sales Ops Business Partners with other reporting as needful.
· bFO Case queue and remedy queue management.
2. Sales Excellence
· CRM & Tableau maintenance and usage tracking operation of the Salesforce CRM tool and dashboards.
· Provide SFE data to each Business Partner to track sales team performance against predetermined metrics.
· Sales Incentives Support Sales Operations Business Partners to produce accurate measurements to be lodged for incentive payouts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills includes English.
· Extensive knowledge and proficiency in excel.
· High proficiency in salesforce.
· Good attention to detail. Strong analytical and organization skills
· Execution minded while working with incidents and requests.
· Solution oriented, creative transforming user needs into available Salesforce data.
· Rigorous user management. Customer service orientation.
· Team spirit. Ability to work in teams.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
· At least 1 year salesforce admin knowledge and Schneider business process knowledge plus.
· Experience with CRM and ERP
