Job description
Core Responsibilities:
· Ensure system access for all applicable sales personnel; create new user accounts, reset passwords etc.
· Set up Sales plan & calculations rules in Incent. Assign Sales Compensation plans to appropriate titles/positions
· Management of transaction data flow for calculating attainment from associated systems (such as BFO (CRM) and/or ERPs) timely and accurately
· Maintain individual payout & compensation elements (KPI, Targets, SIP Plan, Order, Achievement, hierarchies, HR data etc.) and make necessary changes.
· Maintain Credit Assignments throughout the pay period for generating payroll file at end of quarter/semiannual/annual payment as applicable
· Provide monthly Incent training to new sales employees
· Design test reports & dashboards for end users, managers and compliance through Incent Analytics
· Act on HR Data Interface notifications, for changes in employee SIP attributes OR load failures
· Address all user queries and provide overall support to sales users (Payees & Managers)
· Perform ad-hoc audits of user activity logs to monitor Incent usage
· Conduct regular Data Audit for “Number of Employees without Plans” and take corrective measures
· Communicate as needed through Incent PODs, Yammer and other SE channels, for entity in scope
· Conduct end user training sessions to onboard Incent users (Payees and Managers)
Competencies and Attributes:
· BS or equivalent experience, 3-6 years' of corporate exposure
· Technical aptitude and experience in technical responsibilities, advanced Excel expertise
· Exposure to data management & transformation
· Experience with Incent or other sales compensation tools
· Self-motivated with high energy, Strong technical and organizational aptitude
· Excellent communication and writing skills
· Must be able to work independently to meet deadlines
· Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
