Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship within Builder market.

1. Achieving Sales Targets: • Regularly monitor sales / custom wise performance against Targets. Maintain forecast accuracy for OB & Sales month on month.

2. Customer Management: • Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan • Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow business. Ensure Mock ups for every projects and drive Make Approvals.

3. Promotional Activities: • Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team. Carry on Demo kits to customer places

Qualifications :

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 3+ years of experience in Home Builder market
• Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player. Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity • Assertiveness • Collaborative and Result Oriented.
