Job description

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement customer account plans for assigned accounts to increase the Schneider Market share

Develop pursuit strategies to drive new orders pursuits and build quality pipelines

- Create and maintain client business plan

- Utilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions

- Execute competitive sales tactics to win business

- Coordinate deal crafting and positioning

- Lead or participate in contract negotiations

- Manage and maintain executive relationship

Desired profile

Qualifications :

- 8 - 10 years of relevant solution selling sales or account management experience

- Strong account management planning

- Ability to establish and maintain C level relationship

- Track record of meeting/exceeding yearly sales quota

- Proven ability in value selling of Process Automation Solutions Offerings to the industry and prospects

- Experience in RFI/RFP proposal strategy, management and response

- Strong contract negotiations and closing skills

- Experience with Digitalization pursuit and Software sales (APC, MES, Digital twin,…) is a plus.
