Are you a motivated electrical engineer with solid experience in Energy Automation products, strong collaboration skills and pre-sales experience? If so this could be the role for you.

Based in Brisbane or Melbourne , this highly varied position will provide pre-sales technical expertise and support to the sales team. Providing specific product and application knowledge will ensure that a thorough understanding of the customer design and application requirements is achieved.

We believe instrumental to success in this role will be the following

·
Electrical engineering degree and a demonstrable understanding of relevant Australian Standards

·
A track record of pre-sales, tendering, technical support, project execution commissioning or field service

·
Solid experience of establishing customer specifications and of optimal engineering designs

·
3-phase power system protection and/or automation experience

·
Communications technologies experience, e.g. Ethernet, serial, Modbus, IEC61850, DNP

·
The ability to build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders

·
Basic understanding of business and financial terms such as Capex, Opex, ROI, etc.

·
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

·
Ability to conduct presentations for different audiences
