Job description
•Owns the relationship with assigned End User customer accounts. Responsible to maximize profitability and expansion of PA portfolio sales within new and Targeted accounts in the geography.
•Develop relationships with new customers, while maintaining existing client relationships.
•Build strong inter-company relationships and an integrated cross-selling plan within Schneider
•Accountable for developing and driving a strategy to deepen/ penetrate existing and new opportunities across multiple countries via consultative selling
•Conduct market analysis, monitor competition, and address customer needs
Desired profile
Qualifications :
•Experienced Salesperson with an understanding of customers’ decision-making processes, buyers, and influences
•Solid sales skills and price management
•Bachelor’s Degree in a business, marketing, engineering or digital - related field is desirable but not essential
•Experience working with cross functional teams (delivery, R&D, supply chain, sales, etc.)
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools;
•Fluent in English;
•Advanced time management and analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention on details.
