Presales Engineer

Job description

Key Role:

· The candidate will be working as a backbone of a sales team that is interfacing with customers.
· The candidate will perform all inside sales, including but not limited to preparing prices, managing backlogs, interfacing with Supply Chain, and preparing reports.
· Lead, execute and manage development tasks agreed upon with the team.
· Key development role is improvement of the process and flow of communication with the stakeholders of this process.
· Candidate might front or interact with customers for support functions not sales tasks.

Qualifications :

Required Experience and Qualifications

·  Industrial or Electrical Engineer.
·  Experience of more than 3 years
·  Business Acumen
·  Knowledge of MS basic tools. Excel is a must.
·  Business Analysis experience
·  Customer Interface experience
·  Ecommerce experience is an advantage
·  Project Management skills/certification is an advantage
·  English Language proficiency
·  Arabic Language is highly preferred.
