Job Summary Mission: The Breaker Expert of Centre of Technology Reinforcement would focus and drive in building the best technical and commercial competency for Power Breaker offer in the Cluster/ Country Offer Marketing Teams. They shall be the expert in the offer and work on addressing and building application specific / regional competition specific / segment specific detailing

Job's Responsibilities

Build Technical and Commercial Competency on Power Breaker for Cluster / Country Offer Marketing Team

- Build and Deploy the Offer training module on Power Breakers for Cluster / Country Offer Marketing / Business Development Team

- Schneider Power Breaker Offer Technical / Feature mapping - Customer Benefit deployment

- Work closely with League Marketing, Commercial Transformantion teams to capture market needs/ challenges and work on pitch, trainings, demos with offer technical leads and Electra to support the cluster / country marketing team

Build Training Setup and Customer Demo Setup

- Own the training set including simulation / integration lab for respective offer

- Work to build customer experince zone along with the overall team

Build Application Specific / Segment Specific Notes and collabrate on Roadmap

- Lead selected segments / application - analysing offer needs and build application notes

- Deploy the segment / application notes to the country through commercial teams

- Work with League team and Innovation Council to contribute to the offer road map and innovation pipeline

Qualifications and Experience

· Engineering degree or equivalent by experience
· ·Expert in Power breakers offer and understanding of application and technology
· Experience in training and offer technical is preferred
· ·Outstanding communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skill
· Excellent 'team player' & relevant experience in large matrix teams
