The Role: Product Certification / Order Coordinator

We are actively recruiting and interviewing for future positions in Order Management – Middle East & Africa

What will you do?

Regularly coordinate with 3rd Party Service Providers to request, renew and overall manage product certifications required for each country in Middle East & Africa.

· Prepare Request for Certification

· Extract relevant and requested reports from internal SE/APC platforms to form part Product List and Details

· Creation of Product List and Details

· Prepare supporting documents such as Product Identity Report and Declaration of No Change

Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both internal SE partners and external agencies or service providers

· Sales – Should be able to regularly communicate with Sales and provide updates on the current list of products that are included in the Product Certificate List (SoL, SONCAP, PVoC, etc.). Gather inputs related to future orders to be used as insight for the next batch of products that will need certifications.

· Line of Business (LoB) – For instances wherein supporting documents (technical, functional or safety test reports) are not available in SE internal catalogue or website, a coordination, through email or a meeting, is needed to acquire such requirements for the certification request to push through.

· Order Management – Initiate requests for order-related data extractions specific to each country in MEA, shall include but not limited to details such as Order Type, Country, Client, Order Value. This shall fill-in the information needed to maintain the Product List Database per country alongside the certification status per product for proactive monitoring.

Manage Service/RMA Orders for Middle East & Africa Distributors & Partners

· Assist with Order Coordination & Fulfillment

· Coordinate with Vendors & Suppliers on product availability

· Conduct meetings with internal & external partners

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who would be successful?

· Graduate of any course

· Good English communication skills

· Has 2 years’ experience in project and order coordination or with BPO CSR experience

· Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite

· Amenable to work in a hybrid work set up and on a midshift schedule (1pm-10pm)
