What do you get to do in this position?

· Despliega los estándares de mejor continua de la compañía (SPS)
· Desarrolla, evalúa y mejora los métodos de manufactura.
· Analiza requerimiento de espacios y flujo del trabajo.
· Se comunica con otras BU, Gerente de Operaciones y personal de corporativo para determinar especificaciones del producto y hace los arreglos para la compra de material, equipo y partes así como evaluar productos de acuerdo a estándares de calidad y especificaciones.
· Estima tiempo necesario para producción, requerimientos de personal y costos relacionados para proporcionar información para que Gerencia pueda tomar decisiones.
· Se comunica con Gerencia, Ingeniería y otro personal respecto a capacidades de producción, programas de producción y otras consideraciones para facilitar procesos de producción.
· Aplica métodos de estadística para estimar requerimientos y potencial de manufactura en el futuro.
· Participa en la implementación de programas como LADM, TPM, y aplica los principios de Kaizen, Kanban, VSM.
· Analiza y planea la utilización del personal y el diseño de linea.
· Organiza y/o presenta recursos de capacitación para el personal operativo y técnico de su área.
· Guía y/o participa en juntas para el mejoramiento continuo.
· Soporte de Manufactura y Proceso a producción.

· 
·  Estudiante activo de Ingeniería.
·  Experiencia en Ingeniería Industrial mínimo 1 año (opcional)
·  Bilingüe Inglés-Español Indispensable.
·  Habilidad para diseñar e implementar sistemas, procesos y herramientas para asegurar mejoramiento continuo de la eficiencia de producción.
·  Excelentes habilidades para observación y análisis de problemas.
·  Manejo de Proyectos
·  Manejo de Excel.
