People Transformation Specialist (Project Based)

The Role: People Transformation Specialist (Project Based Employment)

The role is for project-based employment for 6-12 months.

· Support on executing a comprehensive people transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

· Implement programs to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development.

· Support in managing talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, and career development.

· Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

· Conduct ongoing analysis and monitoring of key HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making.

· Partner with other departments and senior leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration.

· Continuously improve and iterate on people programs to ensure they are effective, efficient, and scalable.

· Support other projects and initiatives related to people transformation and strategy

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who would be successful?

·  Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
·  3+ years of experience in People Development or HR, with at least 2 years in a people transformation or change management role.
·  Proven ability to analyze and support in implementation of people programs that drive business results.
·  Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and functions.
·  Experience in talent management, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
·  Ability to support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
·  Willing to work in Cavite with flexible working hours to properly engage stakeholders from all time zones.
·  This is 6-12 months project based employment
