· Manage a number of software deployment and projects
· Gather client requirements and feedback, working with consultants and product managers to develop a project plan and ensure a viable implementation
· Develop a trusted relationship with the customer through delivering their requirements
· Oversee project team interactions coordinating project elements and communicating project progress, both internally and to customers
· Plan transition of responsibility to support team once project delivery is complete
· Work with senior technical staff to improve and mature deployment project management processes

Job Profile

MES Application engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and integration of MES systems solutions and applications. This highly technical and hands-on position requires the candidate to work in a team and as an individual, contributing to all aspects of system integration including design, needs analysis, design review, testing, implementation, and validation. The MES Application engineers must be self-starters and have the ability to work independently with little supervision.

Essential Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

· Gather and analyze data to establish system requirements
· Work with other application teams to understand and gather their data requirements
· Develop work plans and estimates as they relate to MES Application work tasks and team members
· Research, evaluate, and recommend systems/equipment/technologies based upon client needs
· Draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other MES Application related documents
· Interface with various team members such as management, administration, legal, and support staff on a regular basis
· Develop and conduct testing plans and procedures based upon system recommendations
· Provide client with post-installation and integration support

Desired profile

Qualifications :

MES Application engineering positions is highly technical in nature. The successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, computer engineering, or computer science, with at least 1 years of work experience in MES or similar applications in the F&B industry.
