Job Profile:

·Support WMS application issues for Europe and America- Production support(L2 Support)
·Working with vendors such as for infrastructures issues and Manhattan(For product issues)
·Non regression testing and support
·Helping new project rollouts
·This job does not involves coding. Pure functional and consulting support to Schneider business
·Short time travels for UAT and Go live support

Desired profile

Schneider Electric is looking for a Manhattan WMS Analyst to join our global support team. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a global team environment

Experience between 1 to 5 years

·Working knowledge on WMS platform (Manhattan WMS SCPP, JDA, SAP or Oracle)
·Good collaboration and communication skills
·Self starter and individual contributor. Ready to travel for the short period of time to support projects
·Working knowledge about SQL and DB
·Should have exposure in production support environment
·Should have good trouble shooting and investigation skills
·Good to have exposure on different ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP
