About the position

This position is for

1 Market Analysis: Understanding of Market Requirements, Customer profiling, identifying key value propositions for various customers of OEM segments, competitor offerings and their strengths & weaknesses.

2 Account Management: Key accounts to be provided • OEMs as per branch requirement. Candidate should build customer relationship and drive sales from these OEM accounts

3 Techno-Commercial: The candidate should be able to assess the techno-commercial terms, identify risks and should be able to discuss the same with customers/channel partners/management etc

4 Channel Management: Candidate will be responsible to manage business from various channel partners. Candidate must plan their sales, support to build their customer network, conduct promotion activities, roadshows, demos etc. Candidate would also be responsible to identify new channel partners to expand our network.

5 Promotion Activities: Candidate must plan and conduct sales product presentations, trainings, seminar and other promotion activities for small and large group of customers

Key responsibilities and activities include:

· Meet assigned sales targets.
· Develop and execute strategic sales/business strategies, establish call plans, develop account profiles.
· Collaborate with other Schneider Electric sales teams to drive specifications and sales.
· Promote Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services to assigned customers.
· Develop new market and sales opportunities continuously.
· Manage customer and partner relationships and expectations to achieve sales revenue and market penetration objectives.
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, order handling, follow up, and technical support.
· Maintain CRM database for customer activities and opportunities.

Functional Competencies Behavioral Competencies

1 Good Technical Knowledge of LV switchgear specially Control-gear & Industrial Automation Products.

2. Strong communication • written and verbal along with Good listening skills to understand others view point and answer the technical queries raised by the Customer.

3.Competition Knowledge – Range of comparable products, maket strategies etc.
