Job Description:

Responsible for Managing Methods related activities of PCBA manufacturing environment. The role involves optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of the entire PCBA assembly process, responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, combining expertise in time management, ergonomics, and line architecture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Pilot and adapts the capacity internal and external based on customer needs

Design and optimize manufacturing, warehousing and MP&H processes

Define, validate and guarantee the evolution of the manufacturing times referential

Dive into detailed analyses of production timelines, pinpointing critical activities for improvement.

Implement strategic measures to streamline processes, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Involved for the introduction and industrialisation of new products / processes

Ensure the profitability of investments (ROI)

Optimize industrial performance on aspects of safety, quality, lead time, productivity, surface.

Design and implement ergonomic enhancements to workstations and processes, creating a comfortable and safe working environment.

Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Participate in the periodic plan of industrial processes improvement

Introduce automation and advanced technologies to improve precision and speed in production.

Work closely with engineering teams to implement process changes and improvements, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Participate to the creation and update of the Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA), support CS&Q and lead accordingly the implementation of the process evolution.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of process changes (ECO), and standard operating procedures.

Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for management review.

Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Lead or participate in cross-functional teams focused on driving initiatives that contribute to the ongoing success of PCBA manufacturing.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role within PCBA manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of time management, ergonomics, and line architecture principles.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process optimization.
