● Design, Develop, and Execute Process Audit

● Understand and Derive PCP from PQCS and PQCP

● Thorough knowledge of PFMEA and able to facilitate cross functional team to create PFMEA

● Knowledge of Poke Yoke and Jidoka and able to suggest ideas to implement Poke Yoke and Judoka on Critical Process Parameters

● Thorough understanding of IMS structure and hands on experience writing procedures, W.I’s and forms

● Familiarity with SPS system and experience in implementing 6A and 9C clauses

● Experience in Structured Problem Solving and 8D methodology

● Understand and drive Key quality metrics such as MDR, EDR, DPMI, NQC, and CNPS

● Thorough understanding of MSA and conduct Gage R & R study on key gages

● Coach and mentor others on SPC and Process Capability Studies

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience B Tech/M-Tech in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent required

Overall 3 -5 years of relevant working experience.

Experimented in Engineering to Order business model.

Master Quality tools and methodology: 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, 6 Sigma.
