Your Mission

· Building Intra-Group LV equipment offers (Blockset / OKKEN) in full collaboration with
· worldwide factories (international environment).
· Leading the interactions with the Business managers, technical leaders and service team.
· Being the technical LV referent and expert for GCP (Global Customer Project) entity.
· Develop strong collaboration and long-term relationship with back offices in order to
· optimize the synergy.
· Selecting the relevant equipment and factory for each RACs (Regional Application Center)

Execution Center project.

· Optimizing technical selection, bringing differentiation and innovation.
· Challenging the technical offers from factories in term of technical specification, delivery
· time, commercial aspects (transfer price, GM CCO, warranty…) in order to reach an
· optimized package for winning projects.
· Taking care of the customer requests and propose the most appropriate profitable solution.
· Perform gap analysis between customer needs and proposed architecture to satisfy key
· decision criteria for the customer (functions, performance, budget).
· Demonstrate the company’s technical value proposition to targeted market segments.
· Prepare and negotiate with the customer the operational description of the solution, as well
· as the functional description including quantified performance levels.
· Managing projects amount starting from 1M€ to 20M€, since the opportunities detection till
· contract.
· Giving supports to the execution teams.

Scope & Environment:

Reporting to the IG (Intra Group) Solution Purchasing manager within the purchasing / supply chain Department of GCP, you will be in constant collaboration with the Business managers, Technical Leaders

during tendering stage and with the Project managers, Technical leaders during the

execution phase.

Daily contact with worldwide factories to build the offers.

Contact with the equipment design department, Business Units

(BU) to manage the technical issues met in our projects.

Technical part

· Analysing customer documentation.
· Choosing the relevant equipment and factory, taking into account factory capabilities.
· Proposing deviations from customer documentation to gain competitiveness.
· Bringing added value and differentiation.
· Using his network within Schneider to get support from factories and Design department.
· Challenging the proposals from the factory (technically and commercially).
· Checking that there are no missing parts between customer request and our proposal.
· Submitting a complete and professional offer.
· Demonstrating the company’s value proposition.

Management of the offers

· Using factory KPIs to challenge.
· Getting project information from Business Managers to share the status of each project with
· factories.
· Capitalizing customer, equipment and factories information.
· Performing IG evaluation to be more efficient and competitive.
· Managing risk and opportunity.

Management of tools

· Using quotation tool shared by the factories.
· Referring and developing dashboard and database.
· Following process in progress.

Qualifications :

About You

Efficient in finding technical optimization for bringing competitiveness.

Strong collaboration with the factories, the Business managers and Technical leaders.

Capability to understand customer need.

Capacity to capitalize LV range knowledge.

Education: University Msc/Bsc Electrical Engineering Degree

Language requirements:

·  Fluent in English
·  French language will be valuable

Experience:

This mission is for an engineer having worked within LV factories. They must have a

technical background in LV equipment and networks.

Preferably, they have an experience in LV equipment quotation and knows the industrial

process of a factory.
