What do you get to do in this position?

We’re looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join the Central America SD Team. The Proposal Based Business Analyst ensures that Projects and Services business needs are correctly considered from a functional point of view in the solutions and systems delivered by the SD Team. The Business Analyst drives continuous process improvement efforts through research, data analysis, and problem solving.

The Business Analyst leads customer and business requirement gathering necessary to provided and deliver customer and business value. As a Projects/Services Business Analyst you will be part of an elite team of people that is leading the digital transformation within Schneider Electric’s Mexico and Central America Market.

Essential Responsibilities

· Lead in the identification of business requirements and development of the customer story backlog thru “simplification”, “elimination”, “automation”, and “modernization” of the end-to-end process flow.
· Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.
· Capture feedback from users and identify “enhancements” of existing functionality.
· Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops.
· Create/Validate End to End Process Flows
· Take a leadership position in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer/business requirements
· Champion transformation and drive adoption with end users, surfacing issues and concerns from the business community.
· Contribute to Communications and Change Management Planning to ensure successful deployment

·  Strong leadership skills & communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction to team on required clarifications
·  Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail required to translate business value into effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
·  Able to articulate the holistic benefits of the solution from a business perspective
·  Sense of urgency and drive to meet team goals/velocity
·  Work across functional teams with ability to collaborate quickly to resolve impediments and provide clarifications
·  Work with both internal and external users
·  Ability to work with a flexible schedule
·  Project manager experience or other functional experience a plus
·  SAP, Salesforce, or other systems experience a plus
