Lead, Marketing Application Analyst (CDP)

Role and Responsibilities:

As the CDP Lead, your primary responsibility will be to provide Level 3 (L3) support and ensure the seamless operation of CDP. You will play a pivotal role in onboarding and optimizing CDP, focusing on understanding its architecture, modules, and integrations. Your expertise in CDP will guide us to excellence in personalization, automation, and campaign management.

1. CDP Platform:

· Strong knowledge on Customer Data Platform (CDP)

· Experience server-side and client integration.

· Familiarity with data sources, events, event specifications, visitor/ visit attributes, dashboards, activation channels.

· Expertise creating and sending Audiences to activation channels

· Ability to collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate CDP with various channels and platforms including Web, CRM, Marketing Automation tools, etc.

2. L2 and L3 Support Experience - Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving common issues that may arise within CDP.

3. Certifications and Training

· Possess relevant CDP certifications. Tealium preferred

· Mentor and guide team members in obtaining certifications and enhancing their platform expertise.

About you

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CDP

· Extensive experience in CDP integrations with various channels and platforms.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
