The Key Account Manager is responsible for providing business and manufacturing solutions to strategic national and global accounts for all of Schneider Electric’s Businesses t -- both industrial Process and Business Solutions. You will deliver client value while supporting company and account business strategies, and demonstrate the ability to apply industry specific knowledge and experience to bring new business and technology insights to assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed annual quota attainment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and effectively qualify sales leads and maintain a sales revenue pipeline
• Develop and execute on sales and business plans to achieve annual sales and business objectives and providing accurate and timely reports/forecasts.
• Develop business solutions that solve customer application problems through the use of Schneider Electric’s portfolio of software solutions.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers and penetrate targeted prospects
• Develop a team selling approach and act as a liaison between customers and pre-sales technical specialists, inside sales and the customer service organization.
Qualifications - External
We need someone with successful consultative selling experience, account and customer relationship development ability, plus experience successfully running complex high value sales strategies for multiple complex transactions.
Candidates considered for this role should have experience in enterprise software sales; experience in business intelligence, content management, customer relationship management and/or other web application, and be willing and able to travel 50% annually.

• Demonstrated prospecting, qualifying, closing and managing skills
• Established network of Software customers/contacts
• Extensive business solution selling experience and proven track record in selling/presenting to C-level business executives, especially to heads of IT, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations.
