Job description

· Evaluate digital processes, identifying areas for automation and improvement.
· Collect business cases, including benefit analysis, resource allocation, and timeline management. Maintain clear and updated documentation for team transparency.
· Use low-cost platforms like M365, Tableau, and RPA for developing cost-effective digital solutions to streamline workflows.
· Collaborate with global IT teams to share solutions and address user-centric issues.
· Provide training and user manuals for technology products and promptly communicate technical issues.
· Inform users when facing technical issues, conduct competition research, and identify best practices.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Quick learner, adaptable, with strong teamwork skills.
·  Proficient to excellent English communication skills, with writing abilities being a bonus
·  Background in information technology and software systems, particularly with Microsoft's low-cost platform/tools, including requirements gathering, software analysis, design, and implementation processes
·  Familiarity with modelling tools is an advantage
