We are looking for an inside sales rep who will be responsible for the development and growth of small and medium electrical contractors for the Province of Quebec. You shall be a knowledgeable, passionate and result oriented individual who wants to make a difference in sales by providing value and best in-class customer service. Job Description:

-Prospect, identify, and qualify potential sales opportunities

-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territorial targets.

-Critical to your success includes working collaboratively with Schneider -Marketing and Sales teams

-Work on pricing strategies based on market conditions and changing dynamics in the area.

-Maintain post-sale relationship/follow-up. Cultivate, develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·  College or Bachelor with Electrical focus
·  One to three years sales experience in the electrical distribution segment
·  Proven selling, presentation and negotiation skills
·  Effective written and verbal communication skills
·  Fluent in both French and English
·  Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
