Innovation to Business and Marketing leader

Job description

Mission :Build the Innovation road for PP International Hub. Collobrate with Offer leaders, engineering teams, external company / agencies to drive the innovation pipeline for PP International . Own the PP Innovation Council fostering a culture of innovation in International Hub for offer, process and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

· Work in building the complete innovation roadmap for Power Products in International Hub
- Bring external insight on new techology to the International Hub teams
- Own the complete innovation pipeline ensuring a robust pipeline of innovation at various stages
- Run project review reporting on status, challenges and imapct of each Innovation idea
- Cobuild the Business cases with the offer and engineering teams for Innovation idea securing fund and resources to run proto
· - Be the Innovation evangalist in International Hub
- Lead the Innovation Council for Power Products in International
- Drive internal collabration with Offer Leagues, Business Units, Hubs
- Explore new technologies like AI, ML etc and how they can be used in our offer, process and tools

Qualifications and Experience

· Masters degree or equivalent by experience
Passionate about new technology, innovation and ingeneral daring to disrupt
Understanding of low volatage and energy management solutions is preferred
Experience in driving new tech and being part or lead innovation teams
Strong analytical skills: ability to screen and quickly absorb information on various topics from multiple sources and synthesize it to make meaningful recommendations.
Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
Strong project management and stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Collaborative and a team player
Able to liaise effectively with counterparts from different parts of the organization, including senior executives
International, multicultural mind-set and approach
Other: excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience in project management tools a plus
