Job description

The internship duration will be 6 months. By the completion of this training course the student will be able to:

• Understand L&D job in general

• Be able to prepare and facilitate a training course, doing simple data analysis + reporting, functioning on system

• Be able to communicate to promote learning spirit via different channels, well manage their time by practice some admin works, good negotiation skill with vendor and supplier.

• Be confident working on social media and using digital way (creating videos clip/QR code, common apps of SE and others, creating and analyzing e-survey) for the jobs.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Prerequisite knowledge & skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, International Busines, Marketing, Finance and other related majors

- Knowledge: HR Management or Business Management

- Skills: English communication, computer skill, team work skill

- Communicate pro-actively with human resources, workforces oriented (responsive, value added,..).

Detail program

a) Assist Learning and Development part to arrange training logistics and align human strategy of organization

- Understand Learning and Development job in general

- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

- Be able to prepare and facilitate a training course, doing data analysis + reporting, functioning on system

- Be able to communicate to promote learning spirit via different channels, well manage their time by practice some admin works, good negotiation skill with vendor and supplier.

- Be confident working on social media and using digital way (creating videos clip/QR code, common apps of SE and others, creating and analyzing e-survey) for the jobs

- Learning on training cycle and prepare to facilitate a training courses and practice on training system + in charge of works related to internal/external communication and employer branding for Schneider Electric business.

b) Assist daily payment booking

- Book the payment request in the system and follow up with finance to make sure on time in full.

c) Other HRBP projects/ events

- Involve in related projects/campaign/events/activities in HRBP funtions: support and execution.

- Operating as a business partner assistant, manage and fact find a diverse spectrum of employee and human resources relations issues, sounds inquiries.

- Assist manager to define and deploy the internal projects/events relating to human resources system for organization
