The Role: Hub Expansion Specialist

Overview of the role

The Transition Support Admin position is expected to have an understanding of Global Hub capabilities and services offered. The role will also require a basic understanding of project management, financial flow, documentation, and content creation/marketing in order to perform the required daily activities.

The Transition Support Admin will work closely with the Growth team to ensure Projects transition are properly documented, recharges are completed, and success stories are created and published on time.

What will you do?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Project Documentation

· Support the creation of Project Plan Approval and signoff with Stakeholders.

· Creation of Partnership Agreements for new Projects, routing the document for signoff, and archiving documents aligned with IMS standards.

· Keeping the Growth Playbook updated (internal and external deck) based on the most recent information.

· Support the creation of a “Success Story” for every closed Growth Project.

· Update GHT by attaching the signed PPA and PA to the Project.

Project Recharges and Billing

· Coordinate with Finance Controllers and Operations Managers to ensure the cost of the Project is charged to the correct HFM codes and cost centers.

· Coordinate OPA creation of new projects that are due for recharge.

· Update the GHT tool with the OPA reference and comments

Project Deployment

· Assist in project deployment of simple projects related to additional FTE of existing functions and existing country/zone.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

· Support activation of the cost center to be used in new projects via SE tool.

· Coordinate with Operations Managers PA details and OPA recharging for the succeeding years.

Who would be successful?

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications (Required)

· Graduate of Communication or any business-related course.

· Experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Communications and Technical Background

· Good communication skills (international context)

· Basic understanding of Project management is a plus but not required.

· Basic understanding of accounting flow is a plus but not required

Skills (Required)

· Ability to organize, and create marketing content (written and video)

· Excellent Written and verbal communication

· Effective Report Writing

· Must be able to collaborate across Business Functions

· Dynamic and Challenging

· Digital Acumen
