Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an HR Generalist in Tlaxcala

Utilizing your strong knowledge in customer service and stellar communication, you will help to create and advise our stakeholders on the strongest strategy to source attract, and close top talent.

- Relationship Management (Business unit stakeholders, HRBP’s, Candidates)
- Consult with and support hiring managers as a talent advisor: help to identify talent needs & continue to build out the professional recruitment hiring strategy
- Partner with key stakeholders to attract and retain diverse talent
- Build strong business partnerships with HRBP’s, influence & convince on talent and market related matters
- Prove and deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders and to take advantage of partnership strategy
- Act as a Schneider brand ambassador to both internal and external candidates and stakeholders.

This job might be for you if:

Qualifications - External

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Human Capital, Business Administration or related fields.

• Prior experience in recruiting for Manufacturing companies preferred, but not required. • Expert knowledge in full cycle recruiting. HR experience, or industry experience related role.

• 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience Including: Sourcing, Search strategy, (Boolean Strings) Recruiting, Screening, Assess, Job Offers, Onboarding

• Intermediate English Level.
