Schneider Electric is offering a Graduates Talent Program starting this April in the Process Automation. 15 graduates will have the opportunity to join a 3 months program to learn and understand our business. According to your learning capabilities and performance, you will get the chance to be hired on a project basis.

Desired profile

Who is eligible to apply?
· Degreed Electrical Power, Mechatronics or Communication Engineer
· English language competency is a must, French is a plus
· Good communication and presentation skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently, but also in a team
How do I apply?
· Fill out your application and submit it, along with your CV
· Selected candidates will go through an assessment program covering language, ability & technical capabilities
· Candidates who pass the assessment will go through personal interviews for the final selection of the 15 candidates
