Job description
Position: Home and Distribution and Digital Energy Business Sales Head Location: Sri Lanka, reporting to Schneider Electric Country Head Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the sales efforts for the Home and Distribution and Digital Energy business segments in Sri Lanka. The Sales Head will play a pivotal role in driving growth, developing strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives in alignment with Schneider Electric's business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets for the Home and Distribution and Digital Energy business segments. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business expansion and enhance customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product management to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives.Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges, and develop proactive strategies accordingly.

Qualifications :
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the electrical industry, particularly in the Home and Distribution and Digital Energy sectors.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results and foster a customer-centric approach.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and lead diverse teams to achieve common goals.
